Corporate Management Trainee Programme at Peninsula
The Corporate Management Trainee Programme is designed to attract recent hospitality graduates who are recognized as having significant ability and enthusiasm for the industry, as well as the development potential to become part of Peninsula management team. Ideally the candidates have to complete at least one internship with Peninsula during their hospitality education and have a proven track record of good performance. The program runs approximately for 15-18 months. Completion of the program prepares trainees for a subsequent Assistant Manager position in the operations or Head Office.
Marina is now completing her corporate management training at Peninsula Beijing in China, Martin is at Peninsula Tokyo in Japan and Flore completed her corporate training at Peninsula Paris, France.
